All-up — build your own workflow

Use a build-your-own path when participants should combine Copilot instructions, prompts, agents, skills, and repository context into a workflow for their own role or use case.

• Agentic SDLC Hackathon — persona-based developer, IT-admin, and business tracks that progress from learning and executing a reference workflow to extending a repository with custom Copilot artifacts.
• Copilot Academy — self-contained labs covering Copilot customization, instructions, prompts, agents, skills, planning, security tools, and agentic workflows.

Developers

• GitHub Copilot Workshop — a one-day supervised agentic-engineering workshop focused on understanding, planning, implementing, testing, reviewing, and explaining changes.
• Agentic SDLC Hackathon — a repository-native developer path covering feature clarification, planning, testing, review, and Copilot customization.
• Copilot Academy — modular developer labs that can be selected individually for Beginner or Advanced cohorts.

Developers and IT admins — GitHub and Microsoft Foundry

• Agentic Hackathon — progressive labs for building agents with Microsoft Agent Framework, Microsoft Foundry, GitHub Copilot, hosted deployment, and MCP-powered tool integration.
• Optimize with Foundry Skills and GitHub Copilot — an advanced evaluate, fix, redeploy, and optimize loop driven from GitHub Copilot.

IT admins

• Agentic Platform Microhack — an advanced platform and governance scenario covering requirements, architecture, infrastructure as code, compliance validation, and operational documentation.
